HR Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Schedule and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees to provide support, gather feedback, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Address challenges and cultivate a supportive work environment.
  • Implement performance evaluation processes, provide feedback to employees, and facilitate performance improvement plans if necessary.
  • Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update policies as needed.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Manage office budgets, including expenses related to supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. 
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at least B1 level.
  • Experience with budget management and office operations.
